Coaching uses the four questions of the Emotion Roadmap™ on the real situations in front of you. You learn what you're feeling and why, how others experience you, what would be ideal to feel, and what you're willing and able to do about it.

Company consulting

Consulting usually grows out of coaching. Leaders ask Chuck to help with other leaders, or with company-wide initiatives where trust and engagement are at stake.

Scoped to your initiative after a first conversation, often combined with coaching for the leaders involved.
How it begins
A simple start, no long proposals.
A conversation
Tell Chuck about the leader, team or situation. He'll ask how people are feeling, and how you need them to feel.
A plan
Together you agree on goals, the people involved, format (in person or virtual) and timing. The fee is confirmed at this stage.
The work
Coaching sessions and/or consulting, using the Emotion Roadmap™ on real situations, adjusted as you go.
